Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the TraderStack Tools platform at traderstacktools.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TraderStack Tools ("we", "us" or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users and other persons who access the Platform.

2. Description of service

TraderStack Tools provides online trading utilities including a risk calculator, session clock, economic calendar, bias scanner, trade journal and live watchlist. The Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The Platform is available in two tiers: a free tier with limited functionality, and a Pro subscription tier at $9 per month with full access to all features.

3. No financial advice

The information, tools and content provided on this Platform do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice or any other kind of professional advice. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

Trading in foreign exchange, precious metals, cryptocurrencies, contracts for difference and other financial instruments carries a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk tolerance before making any trading decisions.

TraderStack Tools is not a regulated financial services provider. We do not hold any financial services licence. Past performance data shown on the Platform is not indicative of future results.

4. Accuracy of information

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of market data and other information displayed on the Platform, we do not warrant that such information is accurate, complete or current. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

You should not rely solely on information from this Platform when making trading decisions. Always verify information independently before acting upon it.

5. User accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

7. Subscription and billing

The Pro subscription is billed monthly at $9.00 USD. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Pro subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, tool designs and software, is the property of TraderStack Tools and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TraderStack Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50 USD if you have not made any payments.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TraderStack Tools and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
